Chief Executive Officer
Stephania Priester is a connector and communicator. She has a platform for voices to be heard on the radio from The Power Hour with Stephania Priester on 800am WPJM on Sundays to hosting The Jazzy Report and working with various with TV and media outlets. She declares, “I am the Voice!”
Stephania has been a consistent presence and promoter in the Upstate for over 15 years, serving as an on-air personality for Live Television Broadcasts, Radio Shows, and enhancing programs as a dynamic host of a variety of events from Concerts, Stage Plays, Red Carpets and Awards Shows to Political Campaigns, Community Outreach Events, Conferences and Church Services.

Stephania is the mother of two children, Rique Bentley and Sharonda Priester. They are her WHY and motivate her to be the serial entrepreneur and relentless businesswoman that she is. Her slogan is “Similar but Different, Different but Similar are All Our Testimonies”. She has authored her first book titled, “I Forgive Me” and inked The Relationship Series, an interactive Communication Guide, both of which are available on Amazon for purchase.

DESIMBER ROSE WATTLETON
Chief Operations Officer
Desimber Rose Wattleton is an author, poet, and spoken word artist, who also happens to be a dynamic business visionary. She has worked in the corporate arena for over 15 years as a projects manager, paralegal, graphics designer, and grant writer. Desimber started The Executive Standard in 2009 and merged with The SOE Firm in 2019. She has brought a unique and unmatched ability to see, understand, and execute the vision of SOE clients and partners. Combined with the charisma, class, and magnetic personality of founder Stephania Priester, Desimber has strategically elevated The SOE Firm to an unprecedented level of excellence.

Her approach to each project is to make every move with the goals and objectives of the client in mind. SOE clients have praised her work as incomparable, mind blowing, and even prophetic in nature. She brings to The SOE Firm expertise in a myriad of administrative arenas including brand development, contract drafting, document processing, graphics design, project management, marketing, and good old fashioned elbow grease.
